Special Exhibition: A Castle of Keicho Era: The Construction of Matsue Castle and Its Era

A special exhibition “A Castle of Keicho Era: The Construction of Matsue Castle and the Surrounding Period” will open at the Matsue History Museum.

This exhibition will be held from October 10, 2025 to December 7, 2025 at the Matsue History Museum.

Through historical documents and other materials, it introduces the beginnings of the Horio clan’s rule and the story of Matsue Castle’s construction.
